PoA Blueprint Book

KfW Bankengruppe has, on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU), published a guidebook to provide project owners and project developers with examples of how to develop programmatic approaches ("Programmes of Activities") in six typical sectors including possible model cases.
For each sector a short background is given on the technology concerned, methodological requirements are analysed and possible conceptual designs and financial aspects are introduced.
The revised second edition comprises, inter alia, three new case studies and two chapters on methodology dedicated to the topics hydropower and exchange of commercial cooling units.
